We are looking for a creative, quick-thinking, and reliable copywriter to help with our digital campaigns. The copywriter should be a true storyteller who can think like an ad person but write like a real person. Passionate, creative, collaborative, you like to use your creative talents to collaborate with creative directors and experience account managers to consistently deliver polished copy. You will be responsible for writing and proofing copy from conception to completion in digital with a focus on social media.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a Full-Stack PHP Developer with JavaScript skills. While you might be responsible for some CSS as part of your tasks, the focus is on backend development and the front-end required to work with it. You should be able to handle a task like building a basic multi-user messaging system including:

• Handle reasonably complex mysql queries
• Build a restful API
• Building a UI to view graphs and data pulled from the API you just built
• Consider performance when coding and handling caching data
• The ability to test and determine ways to decrease load times

TECH MUST HAVES

• Great PHP OOP Features of PHP 5.3 - 5.6
• CodeIgniter, Symfony, Laravel or similar experience
• WordPress experience
• Understanding of PSR-0, PSR-1 and PSR-2.
• PHPUnit or similar
• Good JavaScript (Not just jQuery)
• Reasonable CSS

NICE TO HAVES

• MV* JS: Angular, React, Vue, Backbone or similar;
• Coffeescript, ES6 or Typescript;

We have an opening for a motivated Pay Per Click (PPC) specialist who is hard working, detailed oriented and has a keen eye for analytics. We need someone with Google Adwords experience, who can creatively and effectively manage and optimize PPC campaigns to generate maximum ROI for our clients.

REQUIREMENTS

• Work experience in Google Adwords
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Excel
• Analytical Thinking and desire to work with budgets and numbers
• Desire and capacity for lifelong learning
• Google Adwords Certificate will be an advantage
• Focused and detail oriented
• Strong written and communication skills

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and optimize existing PPC campaign components including, but not limited to – Ad Copy, Bid Prices, Cost per Conversion, Cost per Click, Keyword Research, etc.
• Setting and optimizing of campaigns promotion in AdWords
• Implementation of PPC strategies
• Analysis of data from Adwords and Analytics
• Create performance reports with recommendations for improvements

Candidate has some technical experience and can understand the tech behind a client’s requests. Actual coding skills is not required but preferred.

CANDIDATE MUST

• be detail oriented and must not require being given the same information multiple times;
• be able to self-manage their own time;
• able to speak with clients directly (mostly through chat);
• be able to work independently with no oversight
• be able to build project requirements and think through needs and issues that might arise;
• have managed devs previously.

The goal is to have someone who can handle direct client interaction and management of day to day activities.

A candidate who can handle a client-facing team lead / chief architect / junior CTO role has the most value.

A candidate should be able to both setup the requirements AND confirm that they have been met, so a QA background is extremely valuable.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting us with the following

• designing and developing highly usable web based user interfaces that deliver a great user experience.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned to meet the business needs.

• Deliver world-class user interaction designs, from concept to launch;
• Produce designs to help the entire product team understand the desired customer experience: storyboards; flows; wireframes and prototypes;
• Work in partnership with product management and development to deliver the desired experience on time;
• Build new and unique application interactions based off of existing design framework.

REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or Sketch;
• Demonstrated superior visual, user interface, and interaction design skills;
• Passion to learn emerging technologies and embrace continuous professional development.
